Alert: St. Peter's Health latest Moderna vaccine shipment has been delayed due to inclement weather elsewhere in the United States. If your second dose appointment is impacted by this shipping delay, you will be contacted and rescheduled. Please know that the window is six weeks from the time of the first dose, according to the CDC, and we fully anticipate receiving the Moderna supply within this timeframe. You cannot mix Moderna and Pfizer vaccinations. Any first dose appointments that St. Peter's opens at this time will be Pfizer doses based on available supply.

In alignment with local Lewis and Clark County COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Plan and the State of Montana COVID-19 Vaccination Distribution Plan, St. Peter's Health is offering COVID-19 vaccines to patients who are actively receiving primary care services at St. Peter's AND who meet eligibility requirements defined in the phased distribution plan. Please note:

  • Vaccines are only available to limited groups

  • Vaccine supply is limited 

  • Vaccines are offered at no cost to patients

  • Vaccine appointments are required and must be made online

Who is currently eligible? 

The St. Peter’s Health COVID-19 Primary Care Vaccination Clinic, or POD (point-of-distribution), is currently ONLY offering vaccines to patients who: 

  • are 70+ years OR

  • People who are 16-69 and have high-risk medical conditions. You can get information on qualifying medical conditions HERE. Provider notes/orders are not required OR

  • People who are 16-69 who are American Indian or a person of color regardless of medical condition(s) 

Patients who qualify under Phase 1B must also: 

  • actively receive primary care services at St. Peter's AND 

  • reside in Lewis and Clark, Broadwater, Jefferson, Meagher or Powell counties

Vaccine appointments

If you meet ALL eligibility requirements of the current phase, you must make a vaccine appointment through our online appointment system. A provider order is not required but eligibility criteria will be verified at each appointment.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

The St. Peter’s Health COVID-19 Primary Care Vaccination POD is located at the St. Peter’s Health Medical Group - Broadway Clinic, 2550 Broadway St. Please enter through the main entrance. 

Please bring: 

  • Photo ID with your birthdate and local address. If you do not have a photo ID with a local address, please also bring another form of identification like a local utility bill

  • Your insurance card

Please note: 

  • If a patient arrives for an appointment and does not meet the eligibility criteria, they will be turned away

  • All COVID-19 precautions will be enforced, including masking and physical distancing

  • Patients must stay for 15-30 minutes after vaccination for observation

  • We ask that you wear loose fitting clothing so it is easy for our team to give you the shot

  • We will schedule your second shot at the time of your first shot

Please cancel your reservation via your Wait While confirmation email or by calling 406-441-5191 if you:

  • Are unable to make your appointment.

  • Have close contact with anyone who has COVID-19 and are isolating at home at the time of your appointment

  • Have been diagnosed with COVID-19 OR are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms at the time of your appointment
