What to know: Care options during COVID-19

We have implemented a comprehensive set of measures at all our facilities to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in our community and keep our patients and caregivers safe.

Some of our services have been adjusted, but many are fully open. Please do not hesitate to seek medical care if you need it. Waiting to seek care can be harmful, especially if you have chronic illness, major health issues or a life-threatening emergency. Our caregivers are available 24/7/365 to deliver exceptional medical care to our community.

As always, if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 or visit the emergency department.

Please note: Visitor restrictions are still in place at our facilities. When you do visit our clinics and facilities, here's what to expect: 

  • You will be screened and asked to wear a mask. Clean cloth masks are available to borrow at the screening tables.
  • Non-essential guests will not be allowed
  • You may be asked to wait in your car

    Services with modifications 

    St. Peter's Health has started a gradual reopening of service lines. The organization will implement a phased reintroduction of some outpatient surgeries and procedures, diagnostic imaging studies, physical therapy appointments, in-person clinic visits and other services. Please call your provider or 406-457-4180 to learn about available care options.

    • Urgent Care at the Regional Medical Center
      Dedicated to caring for people experiencing COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms. Learn more about care available, location and hours of operation. 
    • Urgent Care at the North Clinic
      Dedicated to caring for people who are NOT experiencing COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms. Learn more about care available, location and hours of operation.
    • Continental Café
      Limited services – full availability of inpatient meals and limited Continental Café offerings.
    • Patient Business Services
      Financial Counselors are available by phone at 406-447-2828 from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday. 
    • Medical Records
      In-person medical records pick-up is currently closed. To receive your medical records, call 406-444-2178 from 8:00am to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday. Click here to find the Authorization for Disclosure of Medical Information. Medical records may be mailed, faxed or picked-up at pre-arranged time. 
    • Foundation
      We are grateful for every donation received because each gift, no matter how big or small, is an investment in the health of our community. All gifts to our COVID-19 Staff Support Fund will go to front line staff. 
    • Classes and events
      Most in-person events and public classes have been cancelled
