Primary responsibility is to develop and follow Hospital’s mission statement and develop policy in five key areas: quality, financial, planning, managing performance, and assessing governance effectiveness

Oversee all Hospital operations
Medical Staff Leadership
Provides leadership to the medical staff as a whole and works in collaboration with the Hospital and its Board of Directors in planning and evaluating patient care provided at St. Peter’s Hospital
Chief of Staff works together with a Chief of Staff Elect, Secretary, and chairs of Obstetrics/Nursery/Pediatrics, Family Practice, Anesthesia, Emergency Services, Medicine, Surgery, Pathology, and Radiology
