Maybe you were touched by the compassion or kindness of a special caregiver, or just by the exceptional care you received at St. Peter’s. Grateful Hearts gives you or your loved ones a meaningful way to say thank you for the special care given during your time at St. Peter’s Health. Your special caregiver will receive a certificate acknowledging your gift made in his or her honor. In addition, he or she will receive a custom-crafted Grateful Hearts lapel pin to wear proudly.
