Stress impacts us in every which way possible – and more so as caregivers at a health system.  The life/work balance can certainly get off-kilter.  One thing we have in our control is using a few minutes of quiet time to reset and recharge.

We’ve gathered various Mindful Minute videos for you to listen to at work (or at home) when you just need to take a little break.  Each video is only 5 to 10-minute long and will vary from slight meditation to deep breathing to calming thoughts.  Often we cannot control (or change) the chaos around us – but we can take some moments for ourselves.  Please see the thumbnails below.
