About Me

Raina Hollenbaugh, MD is a Montana native. She grew up in Missoula and attended the University of Montana for her undergraduate degree. She attended medical school at the University of Washington as part of its WWAMI program. She completed her residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

She spent her career in Wisconsin until recently relocating back to Montana to reconnect with the outdoor paradise of her youth.  She enjoys kayaking, cross country skiing and just being outside. She is also a cellist and plays in the Butte Symphony. Dr. Hollenbaugh is the proud mother of two grown sons.

Dr. Hollenbaugh believes in using her skills to help the less fortunate. She does a yearly mission trip to Guatemala with a team of orthopaedic surgeons to provide much-needed surgeries to an underserved population.

Dr. Hollenbaugh is happy to be back in Big Sky Country and is looking forward to serving patients in the Helena area.
